Root customers in Arkansas counties affected by recent storms

Root Insurance is offering the following support for our customers who live in the state of Arkansas:

Governor Asa Hutchinson declared a state of emergency due to the severe storms and flooding that began on May 21, 2019. If you have suffered significant property damage, injuries, or related loss of life as a result of these storms, you may request an extension or grace period, up to 60 calendar days, to pay your Root auto insurance premiums.

We will continue to work with customers on a case-by-case basis if additional storm-related issues arise in Arkansas. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these changes, please contact Root Insurance at 1-866-980-9431.

Root customers in Ohio counties affected by recent storms

Root Insurance is offering the following support for our customers who live in Greene, Mercer, and Montgomery counties:

Governor Mike DeWine declared a state of emergency due to severe weather on May 20, 2019. As a result of these storms, you have the option to defer your Root auto insurance premium payments, interest free, for up to 60 calendar days from the original premium due date. In addition, any policy provision that is time sensitive and due within this time frame, such as information for a claim, may be extended 60 days upon your request, but no later than July 28, 2019.
