We’re hiring a Partnership Program, Account Manager in Columbus, OH

The position. 

With an ever-expanding list of partners to oversee, Root is seeking a Partnership Program Account Manager to manage and scale our distribution channels. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships across all partnerships, meeting partners’ needs in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring our business and output are customer-focused at all times.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Successfully project manage and ensure delivery for all partners and partner service requirements which span across the business
  • Scope all partnership requirements linked to new/changed deliverables in a timely manner, providing recommendations on approach
  • Act as an expert for both our partners and Corporate Development & Strategy teams to call upon
  • Record and document the progression of partners to senior-level management
  • Make necessary updates to any and all partnerships as and when necessary
  • Resolve partnership queries and/or issues in relation to our Partnership Program
  • Push accounts to live
  • Scale existing accounts

What we’re looking for.

  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Excellent and proven customer service skills
  • Technical knowledge and experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work unsupervised, to plan and prioritize, and meet deadlines
