The Role
Reporting into Employee Experience, this role requires an individual with deep expertise and experience in developing and guiding communication channels. This person should have knowledge spanning content strategy, information architecture and user experience and be able to translate those into an effective design and strategy for our communication channels.

Reporting to: Director of Employee Experience

Responsibilities

  • Build communication tool/channel strategy that drives healthy usage and high engagement.
  • Program manage the design, implementation, delivery and ongoing process improvement for company-wide intranet.
  • Work across a network of stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and other supporting external parties to ensure project is delivered on time, in budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
  • Hands-on creation and management of detailed projects plans, requirements, operational models, issue logs, risk logs, etc. Responsible for creation and management of project plan, timelines and project documentation.
  • Drive communication plan of project contents, approach, progress and results.
  • Ensure that a project/product backlog is maintained, groomed and prioritized for the team.
  • Contribute to process improvement through team learnings, etc.
  • Providing day-to-day oversight and tactical support for existing and new global internal communications channels and resources.

Experience & Skills

  • Expert in communication tools and channel strategy
  • Proactive/Self-driven with a focus on follow through
  • Experience leading projects involving intranetStakeholder management and vendor management skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management and diplomacy skills
  • Solid technology background in Google Suite, Slack
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, deployment, and release processes
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Agile/adaptable to change
  • Ability to manage stakeholder needs
  • Good interpersonal skills
