Manager, Candidate Experience and Recruiting

What you'll do.
- Continuously develop recruiting talent through coaching and feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers on current and future recruiting needs.
- Collaborate with other members of People Team leadership on a variety of initiatives.
- Work closely with other members of Recruiting leadership to execute the overall recruiting strategy.
- Ideate and iterate on our current processes and recruiting methods; collaborate with Recruiting leadership to implement new ideas and share data around success/failure.
- Closely examine and solve holistically for pain points in the hiring process as we scale.
- Execute creative, scalable solutions to build our talent pipeline such as sourcing methods, events, campaigns, etc.
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for Director+ and/or niche roles.
- Seek out and implement ways to bring the best out of our Recruiting Team, including removing roadblocks, bolstering relationships, and helping team members work efficiently with a high degree of quality.
What we're looking for.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting with progressive growth and leadership, preferably in a high-growth technology-oriented environment or comparable experience.
- Exemplary communication skills - we believe the best communication is honest, empathetic, and clear.
- Experience implementing process improvements - what works at a 100-person company won’t likely work at a 1,000-person or a 10,000 person company. You always have an eye toward the future and balance the needs of all stakeholders when it comes to new processes.
- Creative thinking and intellectual curiosity - you’ll have a high degree of responsibility and ownership over your unique approach. Often, the best approach isn’t the first one suggested. The ability to think outside the box will be an asset in this role.
- Relentless determination and positive attitude - you’re excited by a challenge and don’t give up when things get tough.
- Analytical skills - we use data to drive decisions and we’re hoping you do too.
- Ability to iterate quickly - the solutions we’ve used in the past aren’t always what should be used today. We change our approach with the dynamic needs of the business.
- Ownership - you’ll be working with a great deal of autonomy to meet our hiring needs. We’re hoping you thrive when given the opportunity and freedom to solve problems.
