We are seeking an innovative marketer to join a team with an entrepreneurial, experimental, and iterative mindset that is responsible for new demand-generation. The Marketing Manager, Marketing Innovation, has the opportunity to significantly impact the business, leading efforts through all stages of marketing program development, from strategic planning to tactical execution of transformational marketing initiatives. An ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with multiple marketing channels and media buying/planning; be excited to take ownership of conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing projects; employ a data-driven approach to marketing, continuously measuring and optimizing performance; and be collaborative, possessing great communication and teamwork skills.

With an integrated studio structure, the Marketing Manager, Marketing Innovation, has direct access to a team consisting of analysts, copywriters, designers, project managers, and fellow marketers.

This position is full-time and onsite only; reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Marketing Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Opportunity Identification: Discover, explore, and recommend new transformational marketing opportunities to efficiently acquire new customers, taking initiative to continuously bring forth new ideas and entrepreneurial tactics.
  • Execution with Excellence: Independently multitask and prioritize projects, from developing opportunities into detailed tactical plans, deploying plans into reality, analyzing results, and rapidly iterating; maintain high attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, results-driven work environment.
  • Strategy Development: Work with team leadership to develop strategic marketing plans focused on new customer acquisition.
  • Analytical Decision Making: Navigate data to measure performance, distill insights, and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Build and strengthen relationships with internal, cross-functional partners and third-party vendors using superior business writing and professional communication skills.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure project documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired messaging.

Ideal Candidates Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, post-BS/BA. Deep experience conceptualizing, planning, and executing one or more of the following marketing channels: direct mail, television, radio, digital marketing; and buying media. Direct response marketing experience a plus.
  • An analytical mindset with a high proficiency for numbers (Basic Excel required; intermediate to advanced preferred) and a results-driven attitude.
