Update: We're excited that you're interested in Root. In order to maintain a great candidate experience while most of our folks are working from home, we've decided to pause hiring for the time being. We welcome you to apply, and if it's a great fit, we'll reach out when we start to ramp up hiring again. As a full-stack insurance company, you'll be able to tap into our talented team of actuaries, data scientists, and software engineers to support your objectives and vision. The ideal candidate is able to step into a fast-paced environment, develop talent management for the team and deliver operational insights to continue to improve our insurance P&L.
