We’re hiring a Facility Administrator in Columbus, OH

We created a mobile car insurance app, and we changed the industry in the process.

Role:The Facility Administrator is a very impactful role to the entire organization. This person is responsible for creating and maintaining the environment in which we all do our work. They play a large role in the daily operation of our facilities.  

Hours:10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Keep office tidy
  • Order and stock supplies and food
  • Distribute Mail
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Maintain an open line of communication with all departments
  • Assist in daily setup and breakdown of lunch

External-facing Responsibilities

  • Assist with large and/or special meetings
  • Greet and check-in visitors at the reception area
  • Assist in Vendor relationships (caterers, cleaning, parking, etc)

Special Projects

  • Scheduling and maintaining company leased apartments on a daily basis
  • Coordinating on office moves and changes
  • Collecting and maintaining databases for facility requirements
  • Collaborating with Administrative and Facilities team members to brainstorm effective department procedures and new initiatives
  • Contribute to planning of office parties and community events
  • Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager

Requirements

  • 2-3 years office/facility administration experience
  • Communication and listening skills are a must
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Commitment to new skills, i.e becoming a notary
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management
