We’re hiring a
P&C Licensed Inside Sales Supervisor
Remote (United States)
What you’ll be doing.
- Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Agents
- Provide personal lines expertise to team in educating, advising, and consulting potential customers on coverage choices and product offerings
- Provide in-the-moment coaching/feedback to team members, as well as ongoing formal performance reviews where actionable advice will be implemented for team members to improve on individual results
- Measure and ensure sales targets are being met
- Evangelize learnings and insights to drive product and company strategy.
- Provide recommendations to improve internal tools, marketing, and the overall customer buying experience
- Establish, promote and maintain a culture dedicated to “unbreaking” the sales experience every day by instilling a trusted buying experience for Root customers
- Maintain and accurately record all leads and sales for Sales Agents
What we’re looking for.
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service leadership experience, insurance background preferred
- P&C License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- High sense of professionalism and leadership
- Strong knowledge of sales practices and strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume call environment
- Ability to handle responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight
- Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with an affinity for multi-tasking
